My decision to visit Norway in the dead of winter was a spur-of-the-moment one, like many trips I take, but it’s one I can confidently say I will never regret. Seeing the Lofoten Islands this time of year was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced, and the magic of this country lingers on long after I’ve departed.
